Create a login and account
Visit our website and create a customer profile. You will be able to login here to track orders, design a new pair of jeans or contact us about adjustments and repairs.

Book a 20min phone consultation online
One of our amazing consultants will give you a call to discuss your custom denim order including what you're looking for in a the perfect pair and what styles and colours you normally go for. Our denim consultants are with you every step of the way to make the process as seamless as possible. As them anything!

Have a pair of jeans at home that fit well but might have seen better days?

Our consultants can help you create the perfect pair of custom jeans using reference measurements from some of your favourite trousers or jeans that fit well. Please have those reference pairs of pants ready for your phone consultation.

Need us to send you some Sample Pairs to try on at home?
FP can send sample pairs of jeans for you to try on for FREE! The consultants will use those pairs to help find the right size and style for you. Once you receive the samples, you can book in a time on the phone with our consultants to review the fit of the samples. Your consultant will then help you design your custom pair and will coordinate to return the sample jeans via a courier pick-up. Your custom order will then be processed and your dream jeans will be on their way!

Select size and adjustments and proceed to checkout
We make adjustments and alterations to our standard sizes to fit your shape. Between choosing the waist height and circumference as well as the length of the leg, you can customise not only the design of the jeans, but also the fit! Shopping for jeans has never been this easy or fun.

Using our 3D Curate tool, design your custom jeans down to the fabric, thread and buttons!

Select size and add comments
Know your waist and leg measurements? Add these to the adjustments page. If you need assistance here or don't remember what size you've previously ordered, just select the nearest to your true denim size and make a note in the comment box. One of our consultants will contact you to confirm.

Proceed to checkout
